Learn-to-Swim
Junior Swim 2 | Ages 6-15
Swimmers fl oat without assistance and recover to vertical
position, and learn to roll front/back and back/front. Front
stroke and back stroke are practiced, and elementary back
stroke is introduced. Students learn backstroke fl ip turns and butterfl y. Focus is on
endurance and the ability to swim 100 yards freestyle, 50 yards
breaststroke and backstroke, and 25 yards butterfl y.
