Evening events kick-off with Bitter Jester Battle of the Bands Grand Finale concert . The evening concludes with an aerial fireworks display , which is best viewed from Wolters Field . Eventgoers are encouraged to consider parking at Wolter ' s Field , Highland Park Hospital ’ s East Parking Lot , or in parking lots located at the Highland Park Country Club .
