watch a movie. Participants are encouraged to bring items from
home such as pillows, blankets, etc. All Items should fit into a

Sat Mar 3 | Self-Defense Training | Ages 8-Adult
West Ridge Center
The Braveway Self-Defense System is not a martial art, and
no previous self-defense training is required. The techniques
are easy to learn, extremely effective, and work regardless of
size, strength, speed or skill. Includes lecture, demonstration,
hands-on instruction, scenario-based training, defense against
armed and unarmed attackers, single and multiple attackers,
standing, sitting, and ground techniques, and rape prevention.

Create a ceramic flower lawn ornament that will be the first to
bloom in the spring and stay fresh and colorful all summer long!
The first day you build your flower with clay and the second day
you glaze the flower. Come to the workshop with a few sketches
or photographs of a flower you’d like to create. Completed
flowers are approximately 1 foot tall and will be ready for pickup
