Permanent Court Time ( PCT )
Enjoy the convenience of Permanent Court Time on the day and time you have selected for a full Indoor Season from Aug 27 , 2018 through May 24 , 2019 . Court fee is based upon the flat rate of $ 33 / hour ; junior or senior rates do not apply . Your signed application for Permanent Court Time on a specified day and time is considered a binding contract , and you are financially obligated for the court time during this indoor season . Note : All players who participate in your Permanent Court Time must hold a current Deer Creek Racquet Club membership or pay a $ 10 guest fee each time they play . Permanent Court Time agreements are binding and will not be refunded .

Court fees are calculated based upon the membership and / or residency status of the individual players . ID may be required to verify eligibility of resident rates . Court cost may be rounded up to accommodate splitting fees among multiple players .
* Phone-in reservations are accepted one week in advance for members .
** Non-members reserving a court over the phone must make payment at time of reservation .

PCT 2018-2019 * Number of Scheduled Playing Times Sundays 36 times Mondays 38 times / 36 times after 3pm Tuesdays 37 times / 36 times after 3pm Wednesdays 38 times Thursdays 38 times Fridays 39 times / 38 times after 3pm Saturdays 37 times * PCT holders and members have the option to purchase nonscheduled PCT during club holiday hours . * During Winter and Spring Breaks there may be campers playing on the next court .

If your PCT group is unable to use your court on any day throughout the season , please let the front desk staff know & we will try to ‘ sell ’ your court .
