West Ridge Center
In two hours, you and your family can learn to defend
yourselves during this easy to learn and effective self-defense
class. No previous training is required to master the moves.
The techniques are based on instinctive principles that don’t
require constant practice or years of training to use, and work
regardless of your age, size, strength, speed, or skill. Includes
lecture; demonstration; hands-on instruction; scenario
based training; defense against multiple types of attacks and
attackers. This is not a “Stranger Danger” lecture–you will learn
actual principles and techniques that will help you properly
defend yourself and protect others!
