This hallmark exhibition will reunite—for the first time since April 1865—an
extraordinary collection of artifacts that were in the theatre or carried by Abraham
Lincoln the night of his assassination. Included within the exhibition are the
contents of Lincoln’s pockets, his great coat, his top hat, and much more.
How to Get Tickets
This special exhibition is included as part of regular daytime visit tickets
to Ford’s Theatre. To ensure entry into the exhibition, you must purchase
an Acoustiguide when reserving your daytime visit ticket. The exhibition
is also included with the purchase of a ticket to Freedom’s Song.
Extended Hours
On Thursdays from 7 to 8 p.m., Ford’s Theatre offers extended hours for the special
exhibition. Tickets are free and are available the day of on a first-come, first-served basis.
