There are over 8,500 owners included in our database .
The owners of the Emma Villas properties are for the most part Italian , but the number of foreign owners is growing . The care of the relationship with the owners is constant ; over the years we have organised many roadshows in order to meet them personally , to update them on innovations of our model , to collect their incentives . In 2020 , in order not to interrupt this dialogue , we intensified digital communication and used new tools with them . At the end of 2021 , with the aim of resuming direct contact , the " Your Property First " Tour dedicated to owners was launched . In 10 stages throughout Italy , the Tour involved over 250 owners , also including webinar sessions to maximise participation , given the many innovations introduced in the topics of Guest & Property Protection , Smart Hospitality and Property Management .
