How Do I Apply ?
These are the questions you need to answer when you apply online ( 200 words per question ):
a ) Give an example of an activity or project that you were involved in that was carried out as part of a team and that you were particularly proud of .
b ) What do you think makes you a suitable candidate for the course ?
c ) How do you think being involved in a performing arts project could enrich the life of someone who has not had the opportunity to be involved in the arts before ?
d ) If you could create your own community arts project , what would it be and who would it be aimed at ?

What is Applied Theatre ?

" This course is about using theatre to create social change . Students develop skills across the performing arts and work with groups across the community including Schools , Care Homes , Pupil Referral Units , adults with learning needs , people living with homelessness .
The multi disciplinary skills you learn on this course can lead to a range of different employment pathways including Performing , Events Management , Youth & Community work , Teaching and various roles in Media . Our Alumni have gone on to study at institutions such as Royal Central School of Speech & Drama , RADA , Rose Bruford College , LIPA and so many more .
We are proud of being the only course run at FE in the country ."
