LOVE. ONE WORD. Four letters. It’s the omnipresent
force that drives our daily lives. And weddings with
their grand celebrations are the biggest cheerleaders of
love. Flowers, champagne, and romantic declarations aside,
it’s the little gestures that make up big love, and this issue, we
declare our undying love, for love. Riding high on that mushy
feeling, we begin October with Ranveer Singh and Vaani Kapoor
heating up the BAZAAR BRIDE cover with their sizzling chemistry
(pg 222). Sex has always been a closeted affair in Bollywood, and their
new film, Befikre with its blatant sexuality certainly seems to be opening
new doors. Giving you serious #couplegoals this month are Bipasha
Basu and Karan Singh Grover, plus eight eminent pairs who reignite
your faith in love, romance, passion, and envy-inducing style (pg
230). Birthstone baubles go big this season, as we pick ostentatious
jewellery to match your sunsign alongside your love horoscope
(pg 80). Can great partnerships extend to the work space? Find
out as we talk to three luminaries in the field of décor, epicurea,
and photography talk about making it work (pg 150). Get a
whiff of his and hers perfumes for the new season, that’s
sure to do its trick (pg 162 and 177). In midst of listing
out all things we love for this issue, I contemplated, can
love change? Only to conclude, love that changes is the
one that grows. ■
