Hello fellow Borderbatchers, Tim Tanley here. Hope you
are enjoying your Summer!
By the time you read this the Annual 4th of July Party and
Hayride from the Tanley residence will be history. It is
always a great time. Daughter Katie has a great fireworks
show planned. There will be the debut of the Giant/Olympic
bean bag boards that will also make it’s appearance at
Stubiefest this year!
This Summer is sure flying by fast, looking forward to the
next chapter meeting to see everyone, Watch for the date
to be announced. Before you know it, it will be Stubiefest.
Mark your calendars for Stubiefest 2016, September 17th.
It starts Friday night the 16th with camping. Saturday
includes the Billy Beer Can Shoot, good conversation, the
Hayride to New Ulm’s local taverns, supper, the auction,
refreshments, music and singing.

Chris got a
nice find at
another
recent
rummage
sale.
She
found this
“sweet” Hauenstein sign, It
looks great in my display case along with my collection.
