Spring Ding at Schell ’ s 2024
Spring Ding at Schell ’ s got rained on once again . And once again it didn ’ t matter as our show was in the warm and dry confines of the basement taproom . The only guy affected was the poor food truck guy . He had a BBQ trailer and it was cold and rainy outside . He struggled to keep himself and the food warm and dry . He did a good job considering and the food was good . BCCA President Clayton Emory was on hand as his Presidential tour of shows rolled on . Most of the usual suspects were in attendance . Gary Buley tended bar and kept everyone refreshed . I was able to pick up my 1897 Grain Belt calendar from Dave Patterson and a few things in the gift shop . Myself and most eveyone else ordered the new Schell ’ s running deer sign with the water in motion underneath the deer . These signs have arrived and Stevan pickep nine of them that were ordered by chapter members . Like always there was plenty of fun , buying and selling , socializing and the day went by too fast .
