Brewings TV is back online. We started this project about 2 years ago. About a year ago my basement was under construction and the studio area was not useable for filming. Well the work is done in the basement and Brewings TV has just finished production on Episode 6. I wanted to get more people involved so the the broadcast was not just me doing all the parts. My daughter Aubrey was excited to be the anchor at the news desk. Steve Miner jumped in and did his recent finds segement and I covered the new show in Mankato. I have invested in some new software and equipment to help produce the show including a teleprompter, lavalier microphone, Vegas Pro 14 editing software and Newblu Titler Pro 5 for producing titles. There’ s a little learning curve with some of this stuff and I’ m still learning but it’ s fun and exciting to experiment with all of this. Aubrey did a great job as anchor of this first news show and the teleprompter was huge for everyone getting their parts down. Just ask Steve Miner! The videos definately attract lots of attention for the hobby and club. The latest episode was well recieved on the BCCA Facebook group. I have even been asked by a member of NABA to help them produce a video of their upcoming Convention this summer. I hope I can help them with their project to promote their club and this hobby. We all have to work together. I hope to do more with videos as we move forward on our website, blogs and social media. If you have any ideas for a video please let me know. If you see something interesting that would make a good video pull out your phone and shoot it and get it to me. If you need help after recording it to get it me let me know and we’ ll figure it out. The hardest part of this is getting video content. So the more camera’ s we have recording things the more video we have to work with. Tom # 28855
