White parts " packaging, that just showed up.
I know my dad helped me restore this truck in spirit and I feel his presence many times I am near the truck. Might sound weird, but too many " coincidental " things worked out to get this truck running.
The truck was completely tore down and rebuilt from the ground up. All hardware is new or refurbished. I know if my Dad were here, he ' d tell me I probably went over board and spent way too much money. He always said if your going to do something do it right or don ' t do it at all. This truck is a rolling memorial to him and his beer business where I now work and is now owned by my brother.
Since officially finishing the truck in August 2005( It took me ten years to find someone who could actually hand paint the lettering instead of computer generated vinyl) I have had a blast showing it near my home.
Recently I met one of my Dads former employees. He hadn ' t seen my dad in over 40 years but never forgot the man. This truck also got me in contact with a childhood friend of my Dads.
This truck has given me the chance to get reacquainted with a very important figure in my life who I haven ' t seen in over 26 years.
