HIS STORY

Alberto is from Mexico , but he lives in the Netherlands for 7 years . He opened a Mexican restaurant in Den Haag . Alberto worked in a Japanese restaurant before starting his own business . The cook of this restaurant always called him nightingale ( in Japanese ) which is Ruiseñor in Mexican . The reason they called the restaurant after a nightingale is because Alberto was always singing .
Together with the cook from the Japanese restaurant , he opened Ruiseñor . He combines the two things he loves most in life : singing and cooking . The restaurant is a combination between tradition and innovation . Every dish tastes differently each time , depending on the mood of the cook . For that reason , Alberto decides on the recipes from the bottom of his heart to bring out the best flavor and give an incredible experience . He is excited to bring a part of his country everywhere he goes .
