“ Needing and Wanting ”

Understanding what people need , and why they need it . This is more or less what you learn when you choose for the marketing specialization : a course surely worthwhile . As a graphic designer and photographer , I ’ ve always had my eyes on the production specialization . However , there was something about selling and analyzing markets that appealed to me . Gladly enough , I ’ ve managed to wisely spend my time getting to know the art of matching customer needs with client problems . It ’ s not all about data , analysis , and sales . It ’ s about understanding what you can offer to the world , and how you can make an impact . “ A graphic designer does not belong in the marketing specialization ”, one might think . Though , with a broadened skillset and a hard working mindset , selling creativity has been much simpler .
