As students, we are sometimes way too busy with our weekly schedule. Lectures,
classes, studying for exams, homework, a side job, name it. With our hectic lifestyle
it sometimes is difficult to find time for a proper workout, but did you know that
a good workout can actually have a positive effect on your school results? It can
improve your focus and concentration. Besides that, it is also a good way to clear
your mind from time to time. Working out does not have to be expensive or take a
lot of your time. There are many ways to exercise.

Bress
Bress is a sports center powered
by Avans University of Applied
Sciences and Breda University of
Applied Sciences. They offer more
than 60 different sports, with for
example fitness, yoga, swimming,
basketball, squash and many more.
A yearly subscription at Bress costs
only €99,- (which is only €8,25 per
month). The great thing about working
out at a sports center is that there are
trainers available who can help you with
your exercises.
