eating habits
Marieta Kostadinova
Marieta is a fashion and lifestyle blogger and currently a second-year
student at IMEM. As a student she is very organized and loves planning.
Her week starts with groceries, buying the products for the meals she
thought of cooking from Monday till Sunday. A healthy diet is very
important for a girl under the pressure of work and studying so that’s why
she eats by strict hours. Breakfast is the most important boost of the
day and Marieta knows that. For her every morning starts with a bowl of
porridge with banana and almond milk and a very warm cup of coffee.
When you hear snack, you think of chocolate bars, but she is replacing
the unhealthy junk food with fruits and absolutely loves it. However, no
one is perfect, and she still wants to improve some of her habits like
eating too fast. Her favorite dish is brown rice with vegetables, which is a
filling and nutritious meal.
Georgi Filipov
Georgi is a third-year programmer at the IGAD department. His meal
planning is depending on what’s in the fridge and how hungover and lazy
he is. Considering the situation, the cooking can fall into the hands of
some restaurant. Although, he is not ‘the planner’ type of person, he always
makes sure he eats fish at least once a week and eats small amount of
raw cashew every evening for his overall health and energy. Georgi believes
in the phrase ‘One apple per day keeps the doctor away!’ so that’s why he
never misses a fruit throughout his day. His favorite meal of the day is
dinner. Sometimes, they are spent with his girlfriend which makes it even
more special and cozy. At the end, if the dish is mish mash (traditional
Bulgarian dish) with teriyaki chicken, the evening will be perfect, because
this is Georgi’s favorite dish.
