Notification of Proposed Development Brewarrina Shire Council hereby gives notice that a zoning change for Lots1 & 2 Bourke Street and Lots 9 to 16 Wilson Street , Section 27 DP 758161 Brewarrina from current RU1 Primary Production Rural Land to RU5 Rural Village .

Description of land The land is located at the corner of Naveena and Bourke & Wilson Streets at Lots 1 & 2 Bourke Street and Lots 9 to 16 DP 758161 Wilson Street Section 27 Brewarrina , on the eastern outskirts of the Brewarrina Township , opposite to the old Brewarrina Railway Station facility land area . The re-zoning exercise is to address an incorrectly zoned land area created with the change of the Local Environment Plan 2012 , from an oversight when the zoning change had been established . This exercise is only for the creation of the land zoning on the former Residential Allotments at Bourke and Wilson Street Brewarrina allotments , and is permissible with consent under the Brewarrina Local Environment Plan 2012 .
Description of proposed change
The Responsible Planning Authority proposes : Intent of Draft LEP Proposed outcome will be achieved by amending the Brewarrina Local Environment Plan 2012 Land Zonin Map on the former Residential Allotments at Lots 1 & 2 Bourke and Lots 9 to 16 Wilson Streets DP 758161 Street Brewarrina in accordance with proposed zoning map shown attachment 1 . The application and supporting documents may be inspected at the Council office between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday during the notification period .
Any person may make a written submission stating any concerns they may have in regards to the proposed zoning change to Brewarrina Shire Council .
