As the pandemic rolls on our visiting specialists are attempting to visit as the situation allows , we here at the hospital will be contacting those of you who are on any list that corresponds with any specialist clinic .

The health promotion for September was RUOK day which has obviously passed but that does not mean that you cannot ask a friend work colleague or family member or anyone for that matter RUOK .
R U OK Day is much more than a reminder that we should ask after each other ’ s wellbeing on one particular day . It ’ s a call to action for us to all be vigilant , informed and active in connecting with each other , and with services that can help keep us well .
2020 has been a year of turmoil . It has challenged our resilience as individuals and as a community . From drought , to fires and floods , through to the COVID-19 pandemic and the changes it has forced on how we engage with the world around us , this year continues to test us .
There has never been a more important time to be there for each other . There ’ s more to say after ‘ R U OK ’ and I encourage you to take on the R U OK suggestions to :
