We've been all kinds of busy getting our projects within Black Girl Unlimited up and running. What that means for you: we will have some cool opportunities for you to participate in and become even mor engaged with BGU and the BGU Girls! What that means for us: we will only be doing 6 - 8 issues for 2014. At first, we were pretty sad about that, but we're committed to being driving by providing quality content over quantity.
My favorite part of this issue is that it's actually hard to have a favorite part. I'm inspired by the women and girls featured, the partnerships made manifest, the opportunities that came from our first issue, and the fact that we can and will continue to publish this digital magazine for bOX bREAKERS like YOU!
