Building Everyone’s seeing the
advantage of indie.
Remember when we waited on major labels, brands, and companies to give us
an opportunity? Oh, have the times changed!
Now, DIY catching on, and we’re seeing a surge of moguls, self-made
professionals, artists, and entrepreneurs; looking to do what they love WHEN
they love it.
In today’s world, we have indie authors, indie artists, indie models, indie
filmmakers, indie films...all have started in the world of DIY and has/had the
potential to be skyrocketed into the mainstream.
In all industries, creatives and professionals are not waiting for opportunities.
They are building/creating their own. Many times, I’ve begged, applied,
showed up, shown what I could do, all to be disappointed in the end. No more
waiting! There comes a time when you have to stop waiting for the doors to
open and just, build your own building.
No matter if it’s a two-story brick and mortar or a one-man shop in your
living room. Every great thing has a small start.
