Kevin Friker is the Global Security Director for Mars, Incorporated, one of the
world’s largest fast-moving-consumer-goods (FMCG) in the confectionary and
petcare industries and the third largest privately held company in the United States.
With over 23 years of diverse corporate security experience, Kevin joined Mars in
2012, assuming the position of CSO in 2015. In this capacity, Kevin leads a worldwide
team positioned in Miami, London, Moscow, Dubai and Hong Kong who provide
security guidance and immediate response to threats against Mars Associates, facilities
or brands. Additionally, Kevin initiates and / or oversees internal investigations related to
associate misconduct, allegations of fraud or theft of company assets and provides direct
security support to members of the Mars family. Prior to joining Mars, Kevin was the
Director of Global Security for Hyatt Hotels Corporation based at the company’s corporate
