July Golf Tip
For increased consistency, make sure you can hold
your pose at the completion of your swing. After

Applications for our 2014 Member/Guest “Bamboo Shoot” will be accepted upon
completion from July 1 – July 20. Players that are accepted into the tournament will be
notified on July 21. Please stop in the Pro Shop to get your application and reserve your
spot, as this tournament will fill up quickly!
You should also have your hands near your
ear. While you will see lots of variation of the
golf swing when you watch the professionals on

Pick a partner and come enjoy the front nine holes being turned into a par 3 course. Cost is
$50.00 per team and includes cart fee, drinks while on the course, and prizes. Sign up in the
Pro Shop and see if you can shoot under 27!

Beginners | 3:30 pm
Intermediate | 4:30 pm
and Tuesday for maintenance but will reopen
Each junior will learn the fundamentals of golf as well as rules and course management.

The driving range will be closed on Monday
at 7:00 am on Wednesday. We appreciate
your patience while this necessary golf course
procedure is completed.

“PinSeekers” Starts Thursday, July 3 at 6:00 pm
3 Days | 3 Different Formats
with a shotgun start and will continue every
Friday July 4 | Come compete in the Flag Race! Players will play from their own tees
and using par plus their handicap where ever that number shot stops is where the
player will put the flag in the ground. The players that play the farthest win!

Saturday July 5 | Come compete in a Pick a Pro! Players will pick any of the professional staff as their partner or one of the PGA tour players that have made the cut in
the weekend tournament. Players will use their net score plus their pros Gross score.
The teams with the lowest scores win!
Sunday July 6 | Come compete in a modified Stableford format. Players will play for
points on the course and using 36 minus their handicap will produce the number of
points they need to make.
