Invite your sweetheart for an elegant evening at the club. Chef Brian
Alford and his team have prepared a selection of appetizers and entrees
that compliment this romantic evening. We will also be featuring live
music by Todd Smith.
The Valentine’s menu includes:
Appetizers | Oysters Rockefeller or Chilled Fresh Crab and Basil
with Lemon Sauce
Salad | Arugula and Watercress Salad with Cherries, Gorgonzola
Cheese, Walnuts and Buttermilk Dressing
Entrée | Sunflower Crusted Sea Bass with house-made Spaetzle,
Brown Butter, Roasted Tomatoes and Artichokes or Center-Cut Filet
stuffed with Roquefort Butter with Toasted Walnut Risotto, Braised
Spinach with Madera Sauce
Dessert | Molten Chocolate Cake with Raspberry Coulis paired with
Vanilla Ice Cream
Don’t worry about the kids — bring them, too! We will be offering
babysitting from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm. Children will be entertained and
fed while you enjoy your romantic night. Children must be potty trained.
