Koster added that in March , she was part of an FLSA jury trial in the Western District of Texas where her team was able to show that workers at Flowco Production Solutions LLC were exempt from overtime requirements because they were administrative employees .
" I ' m excited about drawing on that experience to help represent Bracewell ' s energy clients ," Koster said .
Koster earned her bachelor ' s degree from Cornell University in 2006 and graduated from American University ' s Washington College of Law in 2009 . Following law school , she served as a clerk for former Chief U . S . District Judge Jose L . Linares in New Jersey .
