Tess Luijcx is a lawyer with a practice focused on project development matters in the energy and infrastructure sector. Prior to joining Bracewell, Tess served as in-house counsel at Fotowatio Renewable Ventures in Madrid and worked on several renewable energy projects including solar PV and battery storage projects.
