Energy M & A

We advise the full spectrum of energy M & A participants— sponsors, developers, private equity and infrastructure funds, sovereign wealth funds and corporate investors— on acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures across conventional and renewable energy, power, water and associated infrastructure. With some of the region’ s most significant energy transactions on our deal list, we combine deep sector knowledge with commercially focused advice to help clients capture value and manage risk.
We act across the full transaction lifecycle— from structuring, due diligence and regulatory analysis through to negotiation, signing and post-completion integration. Our experience spans complex cross-border transactions, including portfolio acquisitions, project company share sales, asset carve-outs and joint ventures, many of which are the first of their kind in the region.
What sets us apart is our ability to combine lawyers with deep global energy M & A experience with those who have built their careers advising in the Middle East— bringing together technical deal expertise, local market intelligence and bilingual capability to make the difference when it matters most.
