USE THE WHITE BOOK
AND BLACKSTONES
Civil Litigation and Criminal Litigation are the bulkiest
and probably the most challenging subjects in the
course.
While it may be tempting to just refer to revision
booklets the White Book for Civil Litigation and
Blackstones for Criminal Litigation should be your
primary source when preparing for small group
sessions.
Remember the multiple-choice exam questions are
set based on the wording of the White Book and
Blackstones. The correct wording of the provisions
(e.g must or may) are vital to how you answer a
question.
By all means use other revision booklets, (a book by
Daniel Khoo and Tom Windson for Civil Litigation is
especially useful) but these should be secondary
sources to aid your learning.
