GROUP
One of the things that really helped me to
stay sane all throughout is having a very
strong support group. Your course mates
are probably the only ones who would
understand your struggles. Don’t hesitate to
reach out for help. You’d be surprised by
how much they are willing to assist you.
Once a week I suggest you do something
that’s not BAR School related such as going
to the temple, self-meditation, joining
KPUM, volunteering, going for some
exercise classes, honestly anything that
helps you to keep your mind away from the
BPTC. Sometimes that distance, that
different environment, different circle of
people is what you need.
TREAT YOURSELF
BECAUSE YOU TRULY DESERVE IT .
