Abingdon
Set in traditional English countryside, just eight miles south of
Oxford, Abingdon is one of Britain’s oldest towns, with ancient
streets and riverside walks just waiting to be discovered.
It’s an ideal location for those who enjoy their sport,
with cycle paths, a sports and leisure centre and host
of local activities to try. There’s even the opportunity
to join the local rowing club who train along a
beautiful stretch of the River Thames.
It’s in this picturesque setting that you’ll find
BPP University’s study centre in Abingdon, well
served by local buses and those who drive will find
that the M4 and M40 nearby make it quick and easy
to get to a number of major cities, including London,
which is also only a 45 minute train journey away.
Here students enjoy being part of the compact
study centre that focuses on our chiropractic and
healthcare programmes. All teaching and clinical
training is carried out in small groups with a high
staff to student ratio. Another benefit of studying
here is that students get the hands-on experience of
treating patients from the community in a working
Chiropractic Training Clinic.
