Another busy month...
I’ m currently running around trying to get organised for my second knee replacement- fingers crossed it will be at the start of September, when it’ s a little cooler. It does mean that next month I’ ll be juggling both the September and October editions and, if last time taught me anything, it’ s that organisation is key. Getting up and down the stairs to the office was quite a challenge. I’ ll also be meal‐prepping in earnest. The men in this family can cook but, given the chance, they will always choose beige or fried food. So, I’ m stocking the freezer before I’ m back on crutches and demanding vegetables!
