Systems & Structures – Create a system and structures for your business so that at some point the business can work without your direct involvement. This will enable you focus on other vital aspects that will help you better manage the business and seek ways to expand and grow the business. 5. Focus – We must learn to focus on one thing at a time until we have mastered it before taking on other opportunities. Focus on what must be done and leave other aspects to those who can best handle it as the business grows.
