Men’s Shed and Historical
Vehicles
The Injune Chapter of the Roma Historical
Motor Club and the Injune Men’s Shed
combined forces for a get-together and
sausage sizzle at the recently constructed
Men’s Shed shed on Saturday July 20.
Sixteen historical vehicles were on display
from Roma and Injune enthusiasts with Joy
and Leo Denton’s beautifully restored 1963

to Have in my Garage’ and Graham Girle
winning the encouragement award for his1964
Morris 1000 Panel Van. Also on display from
the Injune Chapter were Graham Hughes’
1969 Morris Nomad in original condition and a
1943 Ford 2N Tractor and 1963 Mark 10
Jaguar owned by Ian Wilson. The Jaguar was
once the Japanese Consulate car in Canberra
and Ian is only its third owner.
The Injune Men’s Shed took the opportunity to
