AT BOSTON CENTERLESS, we have built
an enduring character and approach to
business that we call the BC Way. The BC

every day (Core Purpose) and how we

Core Values with the Golden Bar Award—a
monthly award given to associates to
recognize their exemplary efforts in
upholding our Core Values. This ensures
that our Core Values are acknowledged
and practiced, not just words on a wall or
a sentence in a handbook. It’s like that old
saying: actions speak louder than words.
With a team that can be trusted and
relied upon to do its job, perform functions
in a way that demonstrates excellence, take
initiative to look for ways to improve, and
unselfishly put the team’s goals ahead of

Doug Perilli
Doug Perilli is the Director of Marketing
at Boston Centerless. Doug has over
30 years of experience in marketing,
communications, and creative direction.
Prior to working at Boston Centerless, Doug held
senior level positions at Spectrum Marketing
Solutions, McCue Corporation and ASB Meditest.
Doug holds a Bachelor of Science degree
in Communications and Graphic Design
from Fitchburg State College.
