If you want to be poly because you don’t feel you get enough attention in your current relationship- or you're trying to “fix” some other problem, ask yourself this follow up question: since when did adding more people to a relationship ever make it easier or simpler? Polyamory
is great for some people but it requires that you be prepared for the complexities that come with managing even more emotions, preferences, quirks, foibles et cetera. because again polyamory is not just multiple sex partners it’s multiple loving relationships. And relationships come with some work - even healthy and good ones.
