Get Happy Now!
Hello my lovelies! Welcome to the spring issue of BOSSY! magazine. A few weeks ago I was talking to a friend back home in New Jersey, who was going on quite a bit about being anxious for the winter to end so she could enjoy the spring and summer weather. It was a common enough complaint, but it struck a chord in me. She was so ready to move out of the present to a future season where she felt she would be happier.
I wonder how many times have you felt that way? Have you been waiting on something before you get happy and start enjoying your life? You'll be happy when you get the job, find the guy, have a baby, or lose the baby weight. There is always some eluisive season of joy, just around the bend.
I know I've fallen victim to this habit myself and I've made myself a promise that this stops today.
