Though the pictures were pretty, valuable, well-crafted, creative, and breathtaking -- to truly show their fullest potential, to enhance their greatest beauty, to realize their highest value they needed to be framed. Whether the decorator suggested tape, using copper, wood, or clips, they suggested some type of frame. Not one said just hang the picture by itself on the wall or lay the picture on the table.

The MonaLisa, the most recognizable painting in the world all by itself sits in the Louvre museum in Paris -- in a Frame. It is not a huge, overpowering frame but a frame nonetheless. The “Self Portrait Without Beard” portrait that Van Gogh painted for his mother sold for $71.5 million at a Christie’s auction. The first thing the buyer did when he received the pic was frame it. To preserve it. To show its value. Yes, ladies we look good by ourselves. Yes, we are valuable by ourselves. We don’t lose anything being by ourselves. We also don’t lose anything by being framed, supported, loved. In fact we achieve more and feel more powerful when supported and loved. We increase in value and stand out amongst the rest when we are in love, with the right man.

Just can’t put any frame around the picture. We can learn a lot from art collectors when it comes to love when you think about it. After, the collector has found the perfect picture, they must then find the perfect frame. One that is worthy, strong enough, and complementing. One that supports, enhances, makes more valuable and increases the picture. The frame doesn’t distract, detract, or devalue the picture. It also doesn’t overshadow the picture or draw attention away from the picture itself.
