Bossy- Whoa, you said that fast. Why is that your favorite?
Quadeera- Well because I love women! I think it’s because I come from a family of women, there’s not a lot of men in my family. It is definitely a female dominated group. I have a lot of aunts, a lot of cousins, things like that. I found that there were too many of them that took much crap and didn't go after the dreams that they had or allowed their situations and relationships or family life to stagnant them into the situations they are in now. Some of them eventually went on, but not while they were in their prime. I just want to help women realize they can have it all, you can have it all. You can have a family, have a relationship and you can still live your dreams and you don’t have to put yourself second.
Bossy- We sure can have it all. We have to keep that message out there! So do you get more satisfaction out of workshops, speaking or one on one coaching?
Quadeera- Oh wow, I definitely get more satisfaction out of speaking...Something takes over when I’m on stage..I love it.
Bossy- So did you always want to do this, what you’re doing now?
Quadeera- I always wanted to do what I do now. But there are certain things that I do now, when I would envision it, when I was little girl, I didn't know how many different avenues I could take with it. So when I was younger, I always envisioned myself on a stage, singing or speaking. Or accepting awards, not for singing or speaking but for like helping people, maybe homeless people or something.
