Bosch Holdings opens East Africa branch in Kenya
The Bosch group of companies has grown to become one
of Africa’s leading multi-disciplinary Engineering, Projects
and Operations Management groups. We have successfully
completed projects in over 35 countries around the world.
As part of the Bosch Holdings’ global growth strategy, Bosch
Engenharia was successfully established in Brazil in 2007. As
a further expansion to our regional presence, Bosch Holdings’
new East Africa branch officially opened its doors on 1st
August 2013. Under the leadership of managing director, Gary
Barlow, the Nairobi office is set to extend Bosch Holdings’
multi-disciplinary engineering consulting services into the east
African region.
Gary is an electrical engineer and after working for Bosch
Holdings (then Bosch & Associates) for 13 years, moved to
Kenya where he has been working in the construction industry
for the past 13 years.
Countries such as Uganda, Kenya and Tanzania are showing
signs of significant economic growth. Gary brings a wealth of
experience and local knowledge to Bosch East Africa, which
will be offering services across the engineering spectrum to
meet the region’s growth needs.
