03 Bosch Capital’s new MD Bosch Holdings has recently appointed Chris Baloyi as Managing Director of Bosch Capital, who offer advisory, funding and investment services, which contribute to an integrated financial and engineering solution for our Clients. Chris has 20 years of work experience in the financial services industry, most of which was spent in investment banking and development finance. His depth of experience covers mergers and acquisitions and project and infrastructure finance across various sectors in South Africa and Africa. In addition to work done in the private sector, Chris has also worked with public sector Clients in South Africa (e.g. utilities, municipalities and State Departments, including National Treasury, Department of Water and Sanitation, Department of Energy and provincial departments) and various governmental ministries in Africa – as such he has a balanced view of project development and financing. He is a Chartered Accountant by profession, and is also a Master of Commerce in Financial Management. Chris has a proven track record of consistent performance and leading people. He has a passion for the development of Africa and its people and is involved in local volunteer activities for the empowerment of underprivileged children and communities. Thereafter she moved in to business unit management for MINTEK, where she developed skills in business develop- Singh is a qualified geologist with a MSc degree from UKZN, and a MBL from UNISA. As of 2015, she runs V4 Consulting, whose core business provides advisory and strategy support to business enterprises wanting to expand from South Africa to further afield on the African continent. Viloshnee Singh Ebrahim Takolia is currently Chief Strategy Officer of Monetizing Gas Africa. He has significant global experience in the formation of viable businesses and IPOs in the resources and energy sectors. During his early career days in Anglo Vaal mining, he was responsible for legal and financial due diligence in African Rainbow Minerals (ARM) and in SRK Consulting. His experience includes feasibility studies, due diligence, project management, financial modelling and in engineering consulting.
