Before coming to hospital
� Urine Test 2 weeks before operation : Please take the Laboratory form requesting a urine test to any Pathlab and be prepared to provide a urine sample when there . Phone your doctors rooms 2-3 days later to check the result .
� Blood Test 2-4 days before your operation : Please go to any Pathlab for a blood test . Please take your blood test form with you .
