TAWA BOTI
INGREDIENTS
Beef (under cut) 1 kg
Vinegar ½ kg
Tomatoes ½ kg
Button Red Chilies 10
Fennel Seeds (crushed) 1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds (crushed) 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Finely Chopped Ginger 4 tbsp
Cinnamon 2 pieces
Onions 250 gms
Oil 1 cup
Coriander Leaves 1 bunch
Garam Masala Powder 2 tsp
METHOD
• Marinat beef with vinegar take it inside over
night.
• In a pan, heat oil add onions.
• When they color changes add beef pieces,
vinegar cook on high flame.
• After this, add tomatoes cut in slices.
• Then add button red chilies, crushed fennel
seeds, turmeric powder, salt, crushed cumin
seeds, cinnamon, garam masala powder and
cover it for half an hour.
• When beef are tenders and cook on high
flame.
• When water dries, garnish with coriander
leaves, finely chopped ginger and serve.
