This isn’t worth getting stressed out over,” for one.
1. “Just take a deep breath.” I took lots of deep
breaths. I also counted to 10, envisioned my happy
place, and told myself that everything was going to be
OK. Yet here we are discussing how you think I should
handle my stresses and it’s making me feel dumb.
2. “You need a vacation.” Why, yes! I do! Every third
thought I have is of disconnecting myself from the Internet and everything that’s stressful around me, but unfortunately I literally can’t. So glad you pointed out that I
look as run-down as I feel though!
