DINNER WITH PAUL WEST
The sell-out event “Dinner with Paul West” was held at N.L.A.
on a wintery night in June. Diners were taken on an inspiring
culinary journey, while Paul spoke about his passion for
locally grown and sustainable produce. The menu featured
is our version of recipes from his River Cottage Australia
cookbook (guests were also treated to their very own copy)!

Guests gathered at the “new look” BOOKPLATE for one
of the sweetest media events in Canberra, the launch of
the new High Tea Menu. While the macaroon tower may
have stolen the limelight, the tiers of impeccable caramel
cup-cakes, gourmet sandwiches and the classic scones
and jam were cheerfully toasted with a flute of sparkling.
