ANOTHER “WOW” MOMENT, FERNANDO HADAD that we were very kind and responsible in rearrange the alterna?ve hotel. That we will be responsible for the extra charges and that the alterna?ve was a good accommoda?on... so good as they had booked an was overbooked and the most important was that we were every ?me taking care about them (guests) to solve the problem, due to this posi?on from the ?rst contact leaving me calm with regard to this situa?on!
