SO, WE ARE WONDERING WHERE YOUR TEAM
NAME COMES FROM? WHO GOT THIS
IDEA AND WHAT IS THE MEANING?
Ali: The name idea was given by Sylvia
according to the Babylonian tower story.
Indeed, this name expresses a high ethical
diversity and an international melting pot that
characterizes our team.
Also, the further characteristic of our team and
why the name was choses is as follows:
Petr: “B” sound to it, just like our company. But
more so, the Babylonians were strong,
knowledgeable, honorable, wise, capable, all the
adjectives that we would like our team to be.

CAN YOU DESCRIBE YOUR TEAM IN 3
WORDS?
Maxim: Creative, productive, friendly and
another one: funny!

WHAT HILARIOUS MOMENT CAN YOU
SHARE WITH US?
There was this picnic organized in Tempelhof.
While everybody arrived to the place,
Francesca was looking for us for 3 hours
walking in. . . . Treptower Park. She reached the
team outing when it was already getting dark.

WHAT CAN YOUR TEAM DO BETTER
THAN
OTHER
TEAMS?
Dora: This is the most difficult question; just
because I believe all other teams have great
qualities.
From an objective point of view lately we´ve
been the most productive, so we work more and
faster
than
other
teams.
From a subjective point of view we work well.
We don't skip or ignore problems; we face them
and try to give the best solution to any given item in our
picklists.

WHAT IS THE BEST GUEST REQUEST YOU HAVE
EXPERIENCED?
Dora: Although I heard very funny requests from other
colleagues (like sex toys in the room, etc) personally all guests
requests I have experienced are the normal ones, no big
surprises. Only once I had to call to a guest to clarify the ages of
her "children" regarding a request for 2 extra beds in the room.
When I spoke with the guest I was told that her "children" were
20 and 22.

IF YOU COULD ALL GO TOGETHER ON HOLIDAY TO
AN AMAZING HOTEL, WHICH DESTINATION AND
HOTEL WOULD YOU CHOSE AND WHY?
Dora: Obviously would have to be a warm country, nice
atmosphere and good food! And for this reason I would choose
Rio de Janeiro.
The hotel would be Relais & Chateaux Santa Teresa.
