What you’ll need
Mango Madness
1 cup orange juice
½ cup coconut yoghurt
1 ½ cups frozen mango
1 medium carrot, coarsely grated
Strawberry Fields
½ cup coconut water
½ cup coconut yoghurt
1 cup strawberries
½ cup frozen peaches
Green Goddess
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
½ cup honey yoghurt
2 bananas, cut into pieces and frozen
3 cups baby spinach
Razzle-Dazzle
½ cup low-fat milk
½ cup non-fat Greek yoghurt
2 cups frozen raspberries
2 bananas, peeled and cut into pieces

In a blender, puree all the ingredients together until smooth.
To make a smoothie bowl: Make a Razzle-Dazzle Smoothie and transfer to bowls. Top with kiwi
slices, coconut flakes, and raspberries.
