What type of support will I receive on the
programme?
We care about your quality of life and want to make
sure you receive the best care possible. Our team
consists of clinical analysts, practitioners, researchers,
trainers, project managers and counsellors who are
compassionate, accountable and respectful of your
personal needs.
As an HIV/AIDS patient, you receive one-on-one attention
to make sure you understand how to take your medicine
and the importance of sticking to your treatment plan.
Face-to-face and telephonic counselling will provide you
with emotional and psychological support to manage
your condition. You will be routinely called by counsellors
to check on you and will receive reminders when you are
due for bloods tests.

Once treatment has been agreed to, you and your
doctor will be sent a treatment plan explaining approved
medicine, as well as regular tests to be done to ensure
your medicine is working correctly and safely. You will
need to visit your doctor, who we work closely with, for
regular examinations and tests.
