Catch us at the Bonitas Comrades Seminars
The Bonitas Comrades Novice Seminars will be held during the months of March and April. The seminars will be aimed at equipping the first-time Comrades runners with all the information they need to run the race. The seminars are free of charge and take place at various locations countrywide. All seminars start at 19:00

2. This competition is not open to the staff and family members of Bonitas Medical Fund and
its providers.

4. The winner will be contacted by telephone and announced in the next edition of B-Living.
5. Membership will be verified. To be eligible for this prize, your Bonitas membership must be in good standing.

The nationwide Bonitas Comrades Women’ s Seminars will kick off in February this year. The seminars are designed to provide information and empower women who have qualified and entered the“ up” run in 2017. There is a fee charged for these seminars and booking is essential.
