The next track in the episode comes from Raquel Aurilia - Pretty Roses – I am very moved by this song and the video adds to the impact of the music . There was a time when I was a Punk Rock snob . Thank God I have matured since then . I would call this music Country , but it doesn ’ t really matter what label you ascribe to this track . In the end we have a beautiful heart touching song sung by a woman with a beautiful voice . Her voice combined with the lyrics and the video deliver a devastating knockout punch to which only someone devoid of a soul would not succumb . All I could think of during the song is my niece who was murdered two years ago . She was cremated , and I found myself wishing I could lay something at her grave . Alas , that is not possible . Excellent work Raquel !
There is a trailer at the end by the Dead Daisies for Bongo Boy TV . We get to hear just enough of their music and see a just enough of their live show to make me want to see a lot more !
The next trailer is by Keith Roth who plugs his show , the Electric Ballroom Radio Show on WRAT 95.9 FM .
Emidio Vaz out of London , Ontario gives a plug for his iSpin radio show which if you have not listened to , I strongly suggest you do . Emidio has a great ear for music .
So , what is the bottom line ? It is simple , as I have said before , the music business is extremely competitive , and Bongo Boy provides an outlet for some very talented musician to reach an audience that a few short years ago would have been impossible to reach . Long live Rock !
